Paula Patton was born in Los Angeles to a middle-class family. She grew up with dreams of great heights. Her most memorable roles include the film about spying, Mission: Impossible: Ghost Protocol and the thriller Precious. She was born into a middle-class household in Los Angeles, she harboured big dreams as a child. The mother of her children was a film buff and instilled an interest in films in the girl. Paula took part in school co-curricular activities, and she was particularly interested in the drama. Paula loved acting with friends as well as participating in school productions. Hamilton Magnet Arts High School provided her with numerous chances to perform during her high school years and she chose acting to pursue a career. She was in at the University of Southern Calif's summer camp, and loved the experience to death. She was awarded the PBS project for three months to shoot documentary films. As soon as she completed her three-month task successfully the first task was to work in production of television documentaries. After that, she began producing documentaries. But she still had a desire to work as an actress even though she was happy with her current work. She launched her acting career by playing a supporting role in Will Smith's romantic comedy Hitch. Since then, she's appeared on many TV and film programs.
