Sheryl Underwood is an American actress comedy and host on television popular for her performance as the Talk's co-host for daytime. Sheryl Underwood was a native of Arkansas and has been raised In Little Rock, Atwater and Atwater. Sheryl has a family who has suffered from a range of troubles. She spent most of her growing up taking care of her sister Frankie with polio. When she was a child, she had difficulties with her mom. Sheryl claims that her mom one time slapped her father over getting too close. When she graduated from college Sheryl joined the military. The area of interest she was most interested in was comedy. In 1989 she was the first woman to make the finals of the Miller Lite Comedy Search contest. Her TV professional career began in 1992 with her appearance on the HBO comedy program Def Comedy Jam. In 2000, she was host of the show Oh Drama! In 2011, she began being for The Talk as co-host. She's been in show like Bulworth Nikki, Beauty Shop and others.
